Daughtry, Administrator of said estate, and filed his application under oath, praying for an order to have the dower interest, of Harriet Parish, the widow of said deceased, in certain lands described in said petition, set apart. It is ordered that said application be set for hearing on the 13th day of October, 1884 at which time parties in interest can appear and contest if they think proper. John W.
