Land Office at Montgomery, Ala. 
July 28th, 1884

Notice is hereby given that the following settler has filed notice of his
intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will
be made before Clerk Circuit Court at Ozark, Ala. on Sept. 11th, 1884, viz.:
Clifford Fulford Homestead 10931 for the SE ¼ Section 17, T. 3, N.R. 25E.  He
names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and
cultivation of, said land, viz.: Isaac Hollis, Aaron T. Davis, Wm. Hollis, Henry
Gilmore all of Newton, Ala.
