Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention TO make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before The Judge or in his absence the Clerk of the Circuit Court, at Ozark Ala. on Nov. 29. 1890, viz: Susan A. Bullard, Homestead Entry, No. 23,418, for the south half of northwest fourth Sec. 19, T. 4, N. of R. 23,E.
