Max E. Garner, 22, who was killed in action in Korea, March 9, 1953, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 9, at the Rocky Head Church. The Rev. Gus Napier will officiate with Holman Funeral Home directing. Interment will be in the Mt. Olive cemetery. Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Mittte Garner. Ariton, route 2; one brother, Lester Matthews, Ariton, route 2; three sislters, Miss Alice Garner, Ariton, route 2; Mrs. Annie Bell Easterling, and Mrs. Bessie Sanders, both of Ozark route. He is also survived by one half brother; and four half sisters. * Max Floyd Garner, b April 17, 1930 d Mar. 9, 1953. * Mittie J.
