Mrs. Lewis, wife of our esteemed fellow citizen, W.A. Lewis, Esq. of Barnes’
Cross Roads beat, died at the home of her husband a few days since, after an
illness of several weeks’ duration.  Mrs. Lewis was said to be a most excellent
Christian woman and will be greatly missed by not only her immediate family but
the entire community I which she lived.
