MAR 1999 The Dothan Eagle, Sunday, April 21, 1996 OZARK - Mrs. Minnie Lee, 93, Eufaula St., Ozark, died Thursday morning, April 18, 1996 in the Dale Medical Center following an extended illness. The funeral was Saturday, April 20, from the Ozark First Assembly of God Church with the Revs. Phil Stephens and Luther Tadlock officiating. Internment followed in the Westview Memorial Cemetery with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. Memorials may be sent to the Church Building Fund, c/o First Assembly of God Church, Ozark, AL. Mrs. Lee was a native and life long resident of Dale County. She was raised at Drew Hill near Newton and later moved to Ewell and then to Ozark. She worked at the Cowikee Mills for a number of years. She was a member of the Ozark First Assembly of God Church in Ozark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Lee and a daughter, Miriam Lee. Survivors include four daughters, Sybil Sharp, Palestine, Texas, Daisy Palmertree, Ozark, Christine Hebb, Parson, W. Va., and Merle Armstrong, Ozark; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
