News came to us of the death of Mrs. Snell, wife of Capers Snell which sad event
took place near Asbury church on last Sabbath evening.  She was sick but a few
days, before she was called away.  She leaves a good husband and six children
grieving over her empty chair at home.  She was a devoted wife and mother and a
devout Christian, and while there is a vacant seat at her home on Earth there is
one more filled in Heaven which we trust be a consolation to her heart broken
husband and motherless little children.  We always sympathize with those who
lose the dearest object of their love on earth; and what could that be but the
wise and sweet mother.
