The pastor, Rev. J. W. Avery, will preach the dedication sermon following the program that has been arranged for the service. A special part on the program is arranged in honor and memory of Miss Mittie Haley. Her life and her relations to the church will be reviewed by a former pastor, Rev. R. W. Lett. Miss Haley made a major contribution to the Newton Baptist Church in her will and made possible the construction of this beautiful church. . The service is expected to attract hundreds of people of this and, other denominations who will gather to give thanksgiving to the Lord and to dedicate to His Kingdom, this house of worship. Special music program has also been arranged. In the afternoon at 5 o'clock, other services will be conducted. The day will be given entirely to the dedication of the church and the pastor and his committee have been untiring in their efforts to make the day one never to be forgotten in the spiritual life of this little city. Rev. J. W.
