Thelma Florine Chandler was born 9 Mar 1920 in Blue Springs, Dale Co., AL.  She 
was the daughter of Levy Everett Chandler and Josephine Mae Wilkinson. She 
married Woodrow Wilson Averett.  They were the parent's of the submitter.

Additional Comments:
Mother always said she was born in Blue Springs, Dale Co., AL and that is the 
way it is going to be.  I have since learned that Blue Springs is in Barbour 
Co.; however wonder if Blue Springs was ever in Dale County.
