Mr. Waites had been in ill health for several months and on December the 29th, 1909, death claimed its own and his spirit returned to the God from whence it came. He leaves a widow and three children at home and sever children married." (1) (1) The Chronicle, Pleasant Hill Items, 7 Jan 1910, p. 5. Published in Rockford, Coosa Co., AL.
