SECOND I desire give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Coleman, her lawful dower in the lands, houses and plantation whereon I now live in Township Fifteen of Range Nine. I, also, bequeath and give to her all the rest and residue of my estate of whatever kind or nature I own, to have hold and enjoy for and during her natural life free from lett hinderance or molestation. THIRD At the death of my said wife, Mary Coleman, I desire give and bequeath to my son, James H Coleman, the said lawful dower in the lands, houses, and plantation aforesaid to have and enjoy free from lett hinderance of molestation forever. FOURTH Also, at the death of my said wife, it is my will and desire that all the rest of said property or assets above mentioned shall be sold by my executor according to law and equally diveded among my daughters viz: Elizabeth Lock, Edith Rogers and Sarah McKinney and heirs of Lucretia Curtis the deceased daughters children receiving the portion among them to which their mother would have been entiled if she were living. FIFTH I nominate and appoint my wife, Mary Coleman, executrix and my son Allen Coleman, executor of my last Will and testament . At the death of the said Mary Coleman, my son, Allen Coleman, shall sell and distribute the same according to the foregoing provision. IN testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of October, 1844 Isaiah Coleman ATTEST: John Richey, Milton Parish, F L Richey The State of Alabama, Dallas County Personally appeared in open court Milton Parish, one of the subscribing witness to the foregoing will, duly sworn and saith that he saw Isaiah Coleman, the testator, sign seal and duly executed the same as his last Will and was sound in mind ???? memory at the time of excuting the same and that he and decedent and John Richey, and F L Richey signed the same as witnesses in the presence of each other on the day and year thereon witnessed.
