WINNEMORE WILL The State of Alabama, Dallas County. I, Lewis D. Winnemore of said state and county, being in good health of sound memory and do make this my last will and testament, in manner and form following viz: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane all my estate of every description both real and personal. Absolutely and entirely to her benefit and behoof forever. I hereby appoint James D. Craig of Cahaba my executor of this my last will and testament. With full power to sell and convey real estate or personal property as he may think best for the settlement of my estate. Winnemore Attest HIH Coleman Henry Brooks The state of Alabama Dallas County personally appeared in open court Henry Brooks, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who be duly sworn and saith that he saw Lewis D. Winnemore sign, seal and execute the foregoing instrument as and for his last will and testament on the day of the date the same bears date. That said Winnemore was at the date of sound mind and disposing memory. And that he this and HIH Coleman signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto in presence of and at the request of said Lewis D.
