W.J. Beene was born Dec. 3rd day 1851 in DeKalb County, Ala.
Ellen Rebecca Beene (nee Morgan) was born in Dade County Ga. on the 24th day of
December 1860. (A short distance E. of Morganville).
Ellen R. Beene died Nov. 8th 1921 age 60 years 10 mo, & 15 days.
William Jasper Beene died Mar 24th 1924 age 73, 3 mo. 21 days.
Mary Ellen Richard died Feb 10 1925 age 28, 8 mo, 16 days.
William J.J. Beene died April 12th age 51, 1 mo. 16 days.
William Jacob Jasper Beene was born Jan 26, 1880.
Dow Bunyan Beene was born Feb 20, 1882.
Julian Constance Beene was born Nov. 16, 1884.
Nancy Jane Beene was born June 12, 1887.
Thomas Jefferson Beene was born Aug. 30, 1890.
George Washington Beene was born June 29, 1898.
Mary Ellen Beene was born Sept 26, 1896.
Mattie Gretchen Beene was born Oct 22, 1899.
John Joel Beene was born Aug. 2, 1903.

Additional Comments:
This Bible is in very fragile condition. The front cover and any information
about it's printing date is missing. It was passed to me from my Mother: Mary
Louise Richards Aubrey (daughter of Mary Ellen Beene and John "Jack" Melvin
Richards). I have entered the records as they are spelled. The Beene and
Richards families settled in Lawrence County, Alabama. My mother Mary Louise
Richards was born 12 Sep 1923 in Lawrence County near Moulton. Mary Ellen Beene
Richards died of tuberculosis in 1925, her parents were William Jasper and Ellen
Rebecca Morgan Beene and the other persons listed here are also children of
William Jasper and Ellen Rebecca Beene.
