Freeman Family Cemetery

This Cemetery is located at the foot of Sand Mountain on Highway 68 between 
Dawson and Collinsville.  I'm guessing the name of the Cemetery to be Freeman 
Family Cemetery because the oldest grave is that of Elisha Freeman.  There are a 
total of eight graves in this Cemetery.

* Freeman, David C.  1839 - 1863.  private, co B, 3rd Ala Cav. CSA.
* Freeman, W.H.  1843 - 1862.  private, co G, 49th Ala inf. CSA.
* Freeman, Elisha.  1809 - 1856.
* Roan.  infant of Jas & M.L. Roan.  born and died Oct 13, 1870.
* Roan, M.L.  died Oct 23, 1870.  wife of Jas Roan.
* Freeman, Annie.  May 10, 1820 - Oct 7, 1890.  wife of Elisha Freeman.
* Freeman, Martha A.  died Feb 8, 1894.  ~gone to dwell with Jesus~.
* Freeman, Z.T.  Oct 29, 1851 - Nov 19, 1918.
