It is located in Dekalb County Alabama on Sand Mountain. From Fort Payne, Alabama, travel Highway 35 north, turn left on Pine Ridge Road SW; At the top of Sand Mountain, turn left on County Road 44. At the intersection of CR 44 and CR 445, turn right. The cemetery is about 1 mile on the left adjacent to Miller's United Methodist Church.
