Written: July 30 1857

...James Holland of DeKalb County sold to William Worley of Jackson County 
[AL]...for $75.00...commencing on the NE corner of the Hugh Holland entry of 
Section 4[?farc.] Township  through R10 running with said section line so as to 
include a spring or pon [as spelled] of water in side of Hugh Hollan [as 
spelled] as field land thence to NE corner of said Hugh Hollands fences to the 
NE corner of said section...3 acres more or less...30 Jul 1857, recorded 13 Aug
