Know all men by these presents that we Ann Thompson and C.P. Clayton are held 
and firmly bound unto Andrew Reece in the sum of Three Hundred dollars for the 
true payment thereof.  The condition of the above Bond whereof is such whereof 
that we have this day bargained and sold unto Andrew Reece the minerals of the 
south half of the south _____ of section four in township (7) of R9 it being 
the south half of the forty the house now stands on with mining privileges and 
right of way through the above described lands and through Mac Clayton west 
forty leading towards the Rail Road the condition of the above Bond is such is 
that of the said Ann Thompson or C.P. Clayton should make or cause to be made 
a good and valid title to the above described minerals and right of way with 
mining privileges as above described property then this bond to be void 
oherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law not to intrude on said 
improvements now made on south side of the branch.  Given under our hands and 
seals this is the thirteenth day of November as the government makes the said 
Ann Thompson title to the said land it being June 14 1874 due from Government.
