William B. Brooks, no dates on tombstone, Co. D Phillips GA Legion C.S.A

Additional Comments:
Through research I have found that William B. Brooks was either born in 1820 
or 1826 in Polk County, Georgia and died about 1907 in Fort Payne, Dekalb 
County, Alabama. He was married Margaret H. (Wilson) and they had 8 children.
