This certifies that I have solemnized marriage between Mr. James F. Rucks and 
Miss Martha E. Hays according to law, at James Hays' in said county and state, 
on the 2nd day of Sept 1891.  J.M. Dobbs, Minister Gospel.
Know all men by these presents, that we, James F. Rucks and S.R. Gilbert are 
held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama, in the sum of two hundred 
dollars, lawful money of the United States, to the payment of which sum, well 
and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, executors, administrators and assigns 
jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.  
The state of Alabama, county of De Kalb.

Additional Comments:
This was a second wife for James F. Rucks.  I have copy of this record in my 
possession.
