State of Georgia, County of Dade

TO ANY JUDGE, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OR MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL:
You are Hereby Authorized to Join Arthur Owens and Maud Long in the Holy State 
of Matrimony, according to the Constitution and Laws of this State, and for so 
doing this shall be your license.  And you are hereby required to return this 
License to me with your certificate hereon of the fact and date of the Marriage.
Given under my hand and seal this 8 day of July 1918.

   I certify that Arthur Owens and Maud Long were joined in matrimony by me 
this 8 day of July 1918.

Additional Comments:
Hiram Arthur Owens was the son of Hiram Bud Owens and Mary Ann (Hester) Owens.  
Maud Long was the daughter of Francis Marion Long and Mollie Wilson.  Arthur 
and Maud were both born and died in Ft. Payne, Alabama.
