This certifies that I have solemnized marriage between Mr. J.A. Rucks and Miss 
Mary M. Lybrand according to law at _______  in said county and state on the 
25th day of May 1894.  Jno J. Cochran, Justice of the Peace.
Know all men by these presents, that we J.A. Rucks and W.W. Garrett are held 
and firmly bound unto the state of Alabama, in the sum of two hundred 
dollars, -------we bind ourselves-----firmly by these presents.  The condition 
of the above obligation is such that whereas, a license to solemnize marriage 
between Mr. Jas. A. Rucks and Miss Mary M. Lybrand has been issued.
State of Alabama, county of DeKalb.

Groom's full name is James Anderson Rucks, son of James F. Rucks.
