This certifies that I have solemnized marriage between Mr. S.E. Fuller and 
Miss Delia Rucks according to law, at J.F. Rucks, in said county and state on 
the 7th day of November 1895.  J.M. Morton Local Minister.
Know all men by these presents, that we, Sidney E. Fuller, and W.J. Right are 
held and firmly bound unto the state of Alabama, in the sum of two hundred 
dollars, ------we bind ourselves----firmly by these presents.
State of Alabama, De Kalb county.
