This certifiesthat I have solemnized marriage between Mr. Thomas Kesler and 
Miss Jessie Rucks, according to law, at J.F. Rucks in said county and state, 
on the 10th day of the November 1898.  J.M. Wooten  M.G.
Know all men by these presents, that we, Thos. Kesler and Jno M. Cook are held 
and firmly bound by the state of Alabama, in the sum of two hundred dollards---
we bind ourselves-----by these presents.
