The Richard & Elizabeth Adams Darden Family

Standing in back:  William J. Thornton, his wife, Mattie E. Darden Thornton
                   Emma Darden McCain.
Seated Adults:	   Mary E. Mullins Darden (wife of James), James B. Darden 
				   (with glasses), Leah Elizabeth Adams Darden (born 
				   August 8, 1837, died Nov 25, 1906) and Richard Darden 
				   (born July 15, 1833, died July 20, 1913)

Others in the photograph were not identified.

Addtional Information.

The Darden Family lived in Elmore County.  Their property was next to where
the Lake Martin Amphitheatre is located, off Highway 63 in Elmore County.
