This is a picture of William Peace Gaddis Dec 27, 1841-Mar 24, 1899. The orginal
is a charcoal drawing.  He was a probate judge and a mayor of Wetumpka. He also
was a confederate veteran. He is buried in Wetumpka City Cemetery in the Gaddis
Plot. A similar picture of him hangs in the Wetumpka Court House.
