Elmore County       } 

  To any Ordained or License Minister of  the  Gospel, Judge of the Circuit or 
Probate Courts or Justice of the Peace for said  County - 
 GREETINGS.
                  You are hereby Authorized To Celebrate the Rites of Matrimony 
between    Dr. W. A.  Huddleston  and Miss Emma B. Collins And this shall 
be your sufficient authority for so doing.
     Given under my hand and seal this 20 day of Octr  A. D.  1880

      The above named parties were married by me at Bekeville, Ala. on the 
24  day  of Octr  A. D.  1880

THE STATE OF ALABAMA }
   Elmore  COUNTY.           }     Know all Men by these Presents, That we,
W. A. Huddleston and J. B. Humphres           are held and firmly bound 
unto the State of Alabama in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, to the 
which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, 
executors, administrators, and assings, jointly and severally, firmly by 
these presents.
     Sealed with out seals and dated this   23  day of October   1882
          THE CONDIDTION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if 
there be no legal cause to obstruct the Marriage of   Mr. W. A. Huddleston 
and Miss Emma B. Collins  to whom a  License has this day been granted, 
then to be void; else to remain in full force and virtue.
     WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year above written.
