As to my worldly estate and all of the real, personal or mixed property of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I may be entitled to at the time of my decease, I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in the following, to-wit:- First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate by my hereinafter named executors as soon after my decease as convenient. Second: I devise and will to my nephew, Dudley Williamson, the place upon which I now live including the homestead and all lands adjoining same comprising a tract of land something over a hundred (100) acres. Third: I devise and will to my nephew, Alston Williamson, the house, and lot adjoining, heretofore occupied by Mrs. Beattie and located immediately south of the Methodist Protestant Church in the village of Robinson Springs, and also that tract of land comprising about twenty (20) acres more or less immediately in front and east of the residence of John E. Jones, Esq. Fourth: I bequeath to my nephew, Claud A. Allen of Birmingham, Alabama, the sum of ten dollars ($10.00), which is the total amount that I desire him to receive from my estate. Fifth: All of the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at my decease, I give, devise and bequeath to be equally divided among four of my nephews, namely, Galt Williamson, Dudley Williamson, Tom Williamson, and Alston Williamson, share and share alike. Sixth: I do nominate and appoint two of my nephews, namely Galt Williamson and Dudley Williamson to be the executors of this my last will and testament, and direct that they shall not be required to give bond for the performance of their duties. In testimony whereof I, the said Dudley Robinson, have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and affixed my seal this the 6th day of July, 1905. D. Robinson (L.S.)
