According to elderly neigbors to this cemetery, there are numerous graves that are no longer visible. It is in a condition of misuse and neglect. Legend is that the first burial or burials in this cemetery were either one or two--have heard both--daughter or daughters of a Mr. McConnell, who died in a house fire. There is no way of knowing if the two unmarked children slabs are these young girls and the two adult slabs are their parents, since they are unmarked.
