CONVEYS:

The following described real estate to-wit:

The S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of S 15
The NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of S 14,
And the NE 1/4 of S 15,
And the SE 1/4 of S 10,

All in Tp 12 R 7 East, Excepting 4 acres more or less.
And the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Sec 11 priviously deeded according to survey to the 
Baptist Church and Graveyard in Hokes Bluff, and 2 acres more or less according 
to survey previously conveyed to--Moore in SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of S 11 T 12 R 7 
East containing 194 acres more or less- and lying in the County of Etowah, 
State of Alabama.

And said party of 2nd part doth hereby obligate himself to not sell or 
manufacture or allow sold or manufactured of Ardent Spirits on the property 
forever.
