Fannie Breasseal 
Published Thursday, November 10, 1955 in The Boaz Leader
Mrs. Fannie Breasseal, 81, of Boaz Route 5 died Monday November 7th at 4:00 a. 
m. at her home following a long illness. 
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1:30 p. m. at the Carlisle Baptist Church 
with the Rev. Ellis Herring, Rev. Cres Davis and Rev. L. P. Plunkett 
officiating.
Burial was in Wynnville Cemetery in Blount County with Gillespie-Barksdale 
directing.
The active pallbearers were Wade Brasswell, Freddie Williams, Buford Nail, 
Buddy Nail, Verbon Nail and Howard Breasseal.
Mrs. Breasseal is survived by her husband, Ebb Breasseal; two sons, Ernest 
Breasseal of Gadsden and Noah Breasseal of Oneonta; three daughters, Mrs. Ina 
Smith, Montgomery, Miss Eva Breasseal and Miss Venie Breasseal both of Boaz 
route 5; eighteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-
great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Baptist Church.
