John Daniel

BOAZ—John Daniel, widely known in the field of Gospel Music and a member of 
the John Daniel Quartet, died Tuesday in a Nashville hospital following 
several weeks illness.

Funeral services were to be held today at 9:30 a.m. in Nashville. The body 
will be brought to Beulah Baptist Church near Albertville for service and for 
burial.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vida Miller Daniel; two sons, James and 
Edward Daniel, both of Nashville; a sister, Mrs. Ora Parris, Alabama City; 
three brothers, Troy Daniel, Nashville, Perry Daniel, Albertville, Luther 
Daniel, Boaz Route 3; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Daniel was a native of this area.
