P. Rowan, and Jesse Gilliland officiating. Burial was to follow in the adjoining cemetery with Carr-Brown Service Mortuary directing. Pallbearers were to include Kenneth, Wendell, Jerry and Verlin James, Benny and Wayne Fox. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Angie Mullinax Fox; three sons, Matt and Herman Fox, Boaz Route 5, and Willard Fox, Boaz Route 1; three daughters, Mrs. Joe James, Mrs. Cecil James, and Mrs. Weldon Wilson, all of Boaz Route 3; five brothers, John, Monroe, and Joe Fox, all of Boaz; Coley Fox of Jasper, Ga., and Robert Fox, Marietta, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. J. W. Childers, and Mrs. Ida Freeman of Jasper, Ga.; 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was a native of Georgia and a farmer.
