Funeral will be at 2 p. m. today at Etowah Memorial Chapel for Mr. Madison (Matt) 
Hamilton Fox, 76, of 401 Peachtree Rd., Carlisle, who died Friday, January 16, 
1998. The Rev. E. J. Brooks will officiate. Burial in Hudson and Fox Memorial 
Cemetery at Carlisle. Etowah Memorial Chapel is in charge.

He is survived by his wife, Vida Ellen Fox, Carlisle; daughter, Martha Ann 
Hudson; son-in-law, Claudie Hudson; daughter, Ilene Hopper; son-in-law, Randall 
Hopper; son, M. H. Fox, all of Carlisle; grandchildren, Foster Hudson, Rachel 
Brumbelow, Nathaniel Fox, Angela Jackson, Tollie Hudson, Anthony Hopper, Jenny 
Hopper and Dana Miller; and 4 great grandchildren, Bruce, Heather and Andy 
Brumblow and Matthew Hudson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Fox and Angeline Mullinax Fox, 
sisters, Willie James, Bertie Fox, Louisa James, and Bertha Wilson and brothers, 
Willard and Herman Fox.

Casket bearers will be Foster and Tollie Hudson, Nathan Fox, Ronald Brumblow, 
Jeremy Miller and Dwayne Jackson.
