Gaither John Milton Gaither, 73, Miami, died Monday in Miami after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Cove Methodist Church, the Rev. J. C. Willingham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, Collier-Butler directing. Nephews will be active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jesse Adams, Sid Bagley, A. B. Hames, Morris Nelson, Buck Lumpkin, John Brown, Cecil Bradford, Allen Wynn, members of Walnut Grove Masonic Lodge 264, Dr. Alfred Caraway, Dr. F. W. McCorkle, Clyde Landers, Charlie Robbins, Roland Mann, R. Dabbs, Clyde McCauley, Tom Bradford, John Morgan. The body will remain at Collier-Butler Chapel until the hour of service. Masonic graveside rites will be conducted by Walnut Grove Masonic Lodge 264. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. A. C. Garrett, Gadsden; three sons, Paul, Ralph and Jack Gaither, Miami; a sister, Mrs. Nora Bynum, Walnut Gove; 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Additional Comments: Submitter not related.
