Sr., 75, 531 5th Ave. West, Attalla, died Tuesday at 10:15am at a local hospital after an extended illness. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lena Lee; one son, Curtis G. Lee Jr. Atalla; two daughters, Mrs. Ann Lou Erwin and Mrs. Evelyn Pugh, Gadsden; two grandsons, Larry and Glenn Lee, Atalla; one granddaughter, Jayne Pugh, Gadsden; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Thursday at 2pm at Collier-Butler Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in Crestwood Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Edward Burks, S. W. Kelley Jr., Ralph O'Neal, J. M. Privett, Bill Wisenant, Dave Erwin. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Jones, Walter Drake, L. E. Hitt, Rex Norton, Ben Cowart, Dr. L. D. Vinson, Dr. A. A. Chandler, Dr. Scott Vance, and all personal friends. Mr. Lee was a native of Mississippi, a resident of Etowah County for the past 40 years and was a member of the Baptist Church. He was retired form the Etowah Lumber Company. The body will remain at Collier-Butler Parlors through the hour of service. Additional Comments: Curtis was born 11-19-1984 to John W. Lee and Louisa "Ludie" Gordley Lee.
