Funeral services were held last Thursday at 2:30 p. m. at Whitesboro Baptist Church with the Revs. Robert Jones, George Gaskin, Dewey Bouldin and Brown Hallmark officiating. Burial was in adjoining cemetery with Gillespie- Barksdale Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were grandsons. She is survived by her husband, Ollie Mashburn; three sons, Marvin Nix, Crossville Route, Floyd Nix Attalla Route 1 and Wilmer Mashburn, Attalla Route 1; two daughters, Mrs. Bud Greer, Boaz Route 1 and Miss Margaret Mashburn, Boaz Route 1; three step-sons, Bud Mashburn, Boaz Rt. 1, Quincey Mashburn, Alabama City and Buford Mashburn, Gadsden; two step-daughters, Mrs. Roma Phillips and Mrs. Carrie Nell Riddle, Alabama City; a brother, Thomas Bouldin, Portersville Rt. 1; three sisters, Mrs. Jodie Tench, Boaz Rt. 2, Mrs. Myrtle Culver, Boaz Rt. 4 and Mrs. Levie Barber, Rt. 3, Cedasr Town, Ga.; 20 grandchildren; 5 great- grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; and 19 step-great-grandchildren. She was a native of DeKalb County and resided most of her life here. She was a member of the Whitesboro Baptist Church..
