Funeral services for Mrs. Mamie Cordellia James Oliver, 54, of Attalla Route 1, 
who died March 12th in a Gadsden hospital following a long illness were held on 
Saturday in the Butler Baptist Church with the Revs. Howard Westmoreland and 
Herbert Moorer officiatng.
Burial followed in Hillcrest Cemetery with Carr Funeral Home directing.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis Oliver; daughters, Marie Boulder, Boaz 
Route 2 and Venice White, Boaz; sons, Robert Oliver, Montgomery and Denice 
Oliver, Attalla Route 1; sisters, Mrs. Lola Sweatt and Mrs. Leona Hudgins of 
Attalla; brothers, Joe and Cecil James, Boaz and Silas James of Attalla; and 
seven grandchildren.
