Mrs. Ethel Simpson

Mrs. Ethel Simpson, former resident of Gadsden, died yesterday at 2:30 p.m. in 
a Milledgeville, Ga., hospital following a long illness.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. J. P. Arnold, Gadsden; Mrs. Joyce 
Williams, Alma, Ga.; and Mrs. Laura Noe, Fort Myers, Fla., five grandchildren 
and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow at the First Methodist Church in Alma, 
Ga., with the Rev. Henry Brooks, district superintendent, officiating. Bishop 
Funeral Home, Alma, will direct.
