Mrs. Bessie Tidwell

BOAZ— Mrs. Bessie Tidwell, 73, White Street, died at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday at the 
home of her sister, Mrs. Joe Smith, Boaz Route 2.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Gillespie-Barksdale.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Bradberry, Mrs. Inez Dobbins, 
both of Boaz; Mrs. Gladys Sizemore, Stevenson; Mrs. Madie Bell Quarles, 
Chicago; three sons, Westley Tidwell, Oneonta; J. B. Tidwell, Stevenson; Frank 
Tidwell, Boaz; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Smith, Boaz Route 2; Mrs. Myrtice Cole, 
Alabama City; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Long time resident of Boaz, She was a member of the Second Baptist Church.
