Published July 12, 1956 Boaz Leader
     Mrs. Nancy Dye Weems, age 90 passed away July 2, after a long illness.
     Funeral services  were held at Carlisle Baptist Church with the Revs. 
Kress Davis and Ralph Rosser officiating.  Burial in the Bethsadia Cemetery.

Survivors included three sons, M.C. Weems, Quinton, Ala., W. R. Weems. Attalla, 
Ala., and Joel Weems, Boaz, Ala.; two daughters, Mrs. Bulah Prance, 
Bainsbridge, Ga., Mrs. Emmett Roberson, Boaz; 29 grandchildren; 42 great-
grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
     Active pallbearers were grandsons.
