That I, Benjamin Harrison Fox, of said County and State, being 73 years of age, 
in not too good health, having recently undergone an operation, but being of 
sound and disposing mind and memory, realizing the the uncertainties of this 
mortal life do now elect to make, publish and declare this as my last will and 
testament hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me. I realize that 
I have been married once and to Angie Mullinax and to our marriage  we now have 
living six children namely., Louizer Fox James, Willie Mae Fox James, Bertha Fox 
Wilson, Madison H. Fox, Willard Fox and Herman Fox. I also realize that I own 
only 1 acre of land and that upon which our home now stands, and I devise the 
same in the way and manner hereinafter set out as follows:

1. I will that my son Madison H. Fox shall be the sole executor of this my last 
will and testament should he survived me; that he be exempt from making any bond 
to the Court; that he be exempt from making an inventory of my said estate, as I 
do hereby expressly exempt him from both.

2. I will that my executor pay from my funds any and all indebtedness that I may 
owe at the time of my death as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.

3. I will and devise all my property both real and personal to my beloved wife 
Angie Fox, she shall have and hold same for and during her natural life and when 
she is gone, then I devise all the remaining property of whatever nature to my 
children now living, them to share same share and share alike, to dispose of as 
they may see fit and proper.

Additional Comments:
In Witness Whereof I, the said Benjamin Harrison Fox have hereunto set my hand 
and affixed my seal to this my Last Will and Testament on this 28th day of May, 
A.D. 1963.
