Mrs. McClain is the beautiful and accomplished daughter of Mr. J.W. Alsobrook of Talbot County, and numbers her friends by the score. Mr. McClain is a popular and well-known young businessman of Fayette, Ala. Mr. and Mrs. McClain left for Talbotton immediately after the ceremony and departed on the one-forty-five train for their new home, followed by the best wishes of all. *Note the last name of the groom was spelled two ways in this article – McClain and McLain.
