J.T. Swann and Dr. Bronnie Nichols of- ficiating. the body will lie in state an hour before the services. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery with Jones-Spigener in charge. Pallbearers will be David Moore, Donald Moore, Gerald Stone, Roy Hartley, James Hartley, Earl Evans and Dewey Hartley. Honorary pallbearers will be John Hamner, Tom Garrison, Dan Ramey, Dr . R.H. Cochrane Jr., Ira Crawford, Charley Wedgeworth, Houston Phares, Hobson Baker, The Rev. H.C. Bell and the Rev. Bobby Allen. A member of the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church at Akron, Mr. Hartley was a farmer 50 years before moving to Taylorville several years ago. He is survived by his wife; six daughters, Mrs. Clare Mae Moore, Mrs. Clemy Avery, Mrs. Claudine Avery and Mrs. Cleo Stone, all of Tuscaloosa; Mrs. Cleny Renfroe of Jesup, Ga., and Mrs. Clytee Miller of Jennings, La.: two sons, C. J. Hartley and Clayton L. Hartley, both of Tuscaloosa; five sisters, Mrs. Bud Evans of Prattville, Mrs. Raleigh Hall and Mrs Frank Hall of Tuscaloosa, Mrs. Lynox Caps of Mobile and Mrs. Robert Kelley of Linden; two brothers, Garrison Hartley and Vell Hartley, both of Tuscaloosa, 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
