Burroughs Cemetery, was originally at its founding named, the Moses Burroughs 
Cemetery, Moses once owned the property where the Cemetery is now located. 
Records indicate that the cemetery was founded about 1875. As of 2010 a chain 
linked fence and gate has been erected and a number of flowering trees have 
been planted along the front interior of the fence. This picture is of the 
center interior of the cemetery.
