It is in Range 28E, Township 4N, about 200 yards north of the Henry County/Houston County line. It is approximately 8.5 miles ESE of the City of Headland, Alabama. From the intersection of SR134 and CR55 in southern Henry County, go south on CR55 into Houston County to CR22. Go east on CR22 to J.D. Love Road. Go north on J. D. Love Road into Henry County about 200 yards. The cemetery is on the west side of the road. William Keith Williamson relates that there was an old church adjacent to the cemetery 'many years ago'. From the lay of the surrounding fields, it would appear that the church would have been located on the south side of the cemetery. The Alabama D.O.T. county map of 1937 shows the cemetery, but does not show a church on the site. There are numerous unmarked graves, which were not counted. All tombstones were recorded with a digital camera and the full set of photos plus this text file with this data will be placed in the Family History Library, Salt Lake City, Utah, for public use. Survey taken Feb 5 2005. Abbreviations: STW = Shares Tombstone With; TIA = Tombstone Identical and Adjacent to; GBNF = Gone but not Forgotten; RIP = Rest in Peace; M/M = Mr & Mrs Tombstone inscriptions are in Quotation Marks " ". Note 1: This is an unusual tombstone. I appears to be homemade of concrete, about the size of a standard single tombstone. There are two points on the top of the stone, which supports this as a double tombstone. There are no given names for the wife of J E Hatcher.
