Our long time friend, William Kelly, Esq. of Headland, is eighty two years of
age, since July last.  He walks perfectly erect, reads without the aid of
glasses, and as Justice of the Peace, does nearly all the business of the
populous and progressive precinct in which Headland is located.  May he live to
complete his hundredth year.
