STATE OF ALABAMA
COUNTY OF DALE

	KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, the Planters and Merchants
Bank of Ozark, Alabama, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to us
in hand paid by C. C. Lee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby remise, release, quit claim and convey unto C. C. Lee the following
described real estate, lying and being in the County of Houston, State of
Alabama, to-wit:

	Southwest quarter of Southwest quarter, Section 21, Township 3,
Range 25.

	This deed is executed for the purpose of perfecting the title in and
to said property, it being part of the same property as conveyed to us by J.
M. Hays in the year 1911, and now owned by C. C. Lee.
	To have and to hold the aforegranted premises unto the said C. C.
Lee, his heirs and assigns forever.
	Given under our hand this the 12th day of November 1913.

	I, J. W. Corbitt, a Register in Chancery in and for said County and
State, do hereby certify that The Planters and Merchants Bank by the
President J. E. Z. Riley, whose name is signed to the foregoing conveyance,
as the President of The Planters and Merchants Bank of Ozark, Alabama, and
who is known to me, acknowledged before me on this day, that, being informed
of the contents of this conveyance, he, as said president, executed the same
voluntarily on the day the same bears date, for and on behalf of said bank.
