C. Lee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, quit claim and convey unto C. C. Lee the following described real estate, lying and being in the County of Houston, State of Alabama, to-wit: Southwest quarter of Southwest quarter, Section 21, Township 3, Range 25. This deed is executed for the purpose of perfecting the title in and to said property, it being part of the same property as conveyed to us by J. M. Hays in the year 1911, and now owned by C. C. Lee.
