C. Lee and wife Ola Lee for and in consideration of Seventeen Hundred and Fifty DOLLARS ($1,750.00) to us in hand paid by C. S. Tutweiler the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, enfeoff, and confirm, and convey unto the said C. S. Tutweiler the following described real estate, lying in the County of Houston, State of Alabama, to-wit: The SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 20. Also the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, less 10 acres on the south side, also less 5 acres on the north side and also 5 acres on the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 29, Township 3, Range 25, containing 70 acres more or less. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforegranted premises to the said C. S. Tutweiler, his heirs and assigns forever. And we do covenant with the said C. S. Tutweiler, his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises; that said is free from all incumbrances; except mortgage to George M. Furman Company, that we have a good right to sell and convey the same to said C. S. Tutweiler his heirs and assigns; and that we will warrant and defend the premises to the said C. S. Tutweiler, his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, the said C. C. Lee and wife Ola Lee, whose names are signed to the foregoing conveyance, and who are known to me, acknowledged before me on this day that, being informed of the contents of the conveyance, have executed the same voluntarily, on the day the same bears date.
