	KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That in consideration of One and
no/100 DOLLARS ($1.00) to us in hand paid by C. S. Tutweiler, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, we do remise, release, quitclaim and convey
to the said C. S. Tutweiler all our right, title, interest, and claim in or
to the following described real estate, to-wit:

Five (5) acres of land, commencing at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE
1/4, Section 29, Township 3, Range 25 and running east 110 yards; thence
south 220 yards, thence west 110 yards to land line; thence 220 yards to
starting point.  Situated in Houston County, Alabama.

	TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the said C. S. Tutweiler, his heirs and
assigns forever.
	Given under our hands and seals, this 23rd day of December, A. D.
1916.

	I, H. A. Powell, a Notary Public hereby certify that C. C. Lee and
Ola Lee, whose names are signed to the foregoing conveyance, and who are
known to me, acknowledged before me on this day, that being informed of the
contents of the conveyance, they executed the same voluntarily.
	Given under my hand, this 23rd day of December 1916.

	I, H. A. Powell, a Notary Public, hereby certify that on the 23rd
day of December 1916, came before me the within named Ola Lee, known to me
(or made known to me) to be the wife of the within named C. C. Lee, who,
being examined separate and apart from her husband in reference to her
signature to the within conveyance, acknowledged that she signed the same of
her own free will and accord, without fear, constraint, or threats on the
part of her husband.
