C. Lee and his wife Ola Lee, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred DOLLARS ($200.00) in hand paid by W. E. Fowler, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim, and convey unto the said W. E. Fowler all our right, title, interest and claim in and to the following real estate and personal property situated in the County of Houston, State of Alabama, to-wit: The West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; add one house and lot at Jellico; bounded on the East by Jones, bounded on the West by Newton road, bounded on the South by Dothan road, and bounded on the North by Jones; also the following personal property: two mules, one wagon, one buggy, one cow and calf, one Ford automobile, and all the hogs and farming tools and household and kitchen furniture belonging to the estate of T. C. Lee, deceased, and the crop now growing on the lands heretofore subscribed. It is the purpose of this conveyance to sell and convey and deliver unto the said W. E. Fowler, all the right, title, interest and claim that C. C. Lee now has in and to all for the real estate and personal property of the estate of T. C. Lee, deceased, situated in Houston County, Alabama. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the said W. E. Fowler, and unto his heirs and assigns, in fee simple. Witness our hands and seals this 5th day of July, A. Lee and wife Ola Lee, whose names are signed to the foregoing conveyance, and who are known to me, acknowledge before me on this day that being informed of the contents of the conveyance, they executed the same voluntarily, on the day the same bears date.
